Grilled Portobello & Quinoa Salad ($15)

My last visit to Smash was overwhelmingly disappointing, but the Grilled Portobello & Quinoa Salad most definitely restored my faith in the restaurant. I felt the salad portion was small, but the flavour was impeccable. The balsamic reduction was in delicious harmony with the goat cheese and pesto and accentuated the flavour of the quinoa, portobello, and grilled vegetables.
