Chef's Plate :: Pan Seared Cod with Fennel & Linguine


Recipe Card

Everything that's provided by Chef's Plate for this dish

Ingredients for the Pan Seared Cod with Fennel & Linguine. 

Boiling the water

Washing the produce


Preparing the fennel by cutting into the appropriate size


Squeezing the lemon for it's juice

Peeled tomatoes with juice

Panko Bread Crumbs


Boiling the pasta for 8 minutes (per recipe card)

Heating the pan

Adding the salt

Caramelizing the fennel


Adding garlic

Adding the tomatoes

Mixing

Adding the white wine

Adding the lemon juice

Searing the cod


Voila! All done!
