This dish of over one dozen ingredients represents the mix of cultures that made us who we are. Shaved ice topped with assorted fruits, sweet beans, custard, taro and more, then topped with a cream mixture, special house-made pandan syrup, crowned with ube “taro” ice cream and puffed rice flakes. Whew!
